Review of Directives

The Public Sector Industrial and Employee Relations Division is undertaking a review of five Directives.

Agencies are invited to provide feedback on the following Directives:

4/05 – Court Attendance and Jury service

5/05 – Hours and Overtime

5/06 – Bereavement Leave

15/05 – Attendance – Recording and Reporting Requirement (Including Public Holidays)

16/05 – Excess Travel Time

Feedback about difficulties interpreting or applying the Directives as well as any comment on improving the Directives is welcomed. Please forward your comments to the email address below marked “Attention Desley Mullins” by 14 September 2009.
