Amendments to the Industrial Relations Act 1999 effective 22 February 2006

A PSIER News was issued in March 2006 (02/2006) outlining amendments to the Industrial Relations Act 1999 following enactment of the Child Employment Act 2006. The table attached compares the Industrial Relations Act 1999 amendments with Ministerial directives and the Family Leave (Queensland Public Sector) Award- State 2004 to highlight those amendments that impact on public sector agencies.
