State Government Departments Certified Agreement 2006

The State Government Departments Certified Agreement 2006 was certified by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission on December 22, 2006 and covers approximately 56,000 public sector workers in "core" government departments and agencies.

Key features of the agreement which will operate until 31 July 2009 include:
